Calofic 2027 Transportation Tender Information

Dear Sirs: Valued transportation service providers

Wilmar CLV (Cambodia – Laos – Vietnam) is currently conducting its 2027 transportation tender for affiliated companies with the following details:

I. Tender information:

1) Tendering entity: Wilmar CLV affiliated companies

2) Tender package name: Road transport / sea transport / export / tank truck transportation packages... (Detailed information for each package is available in the attached files below)

3) Implementation period: from January 2027 to 31 December 2027.

4) Goods: edible oil, homecare products, wheat flour, rice, spices, etc., packed in cartons/cans or bags.

5) Delivery points: at factories, branches, leased warehouses belonging to Wilmar CLV, or other designated locations as required.

6) Tender method: open tender.

7) Estimated volume: please register to receive information via the link in this email or contact the responsible tender representative (email below)

8) The tender package covers transportation demand from the following member companies:

  • Meizan CLV
  • Nam Duong
  • Xay lua mi Viet Nam
  • Gao Vinh Phat Wilmar

  • Wilmar Makerting CLV

9) Bid submission deadline: from the announcement date until 09/10/2026 (as per the postal receipt date).

II. Tender documents include:

1) Bidder information (Business registration certificate, tax code) (mandatory)

2) Freight rate quotation for each transport route: detailed in Appendix 1 – detailed price quotation (mandatory).

3) Transport capacity (Appendix 3 – vehicle commitment by region + vehicle list committed to each member company for which the transport company participates in the tender, classifying owned and subcontracted vehicles by specific payload range) (mandatory).

4) Presentation of transportation service experience, including previous clients (if any)

5) Transport plan for the company and other proposals (if any)

6) Financial statements for the last 3 years (if available)

III. General requirements:

1) Bid documents are accepted only via postal service. Please place them in an envelope and seal the flap with a stamp before sending. Any submissions sent by other methods (hand delivery, email, etc.), with incorrect sealing, or after the bid submission deadline will be considered invalid and rejected.

2) The transportation service quotation must be signed and stamped. The service price excludes VAT but includes all other related costs, if any.

3) Companies may quote only for routes within their capability and must commit to providing services on all quoted routes.

4) Freight charges will be calculated based on Diesel fuel price of 0.05S-II, Region 1 at 15:00 on 17/09/2026 at VND 29,940/liter, as announced by Petrolimex. Contract freight rates will be adjusted upward or downward if the difference from the fuel price on 25/12/2026 exceeds ± 1,000 VND/liter compared with the fuel price on 17/09/2026.

5) Transport service partners participating in the tender must submit a complete set of documents as required in Section II via postal service to the relevant Wilmar CLV member company.
