Responsibilities:
- Visit market as per planned schedule.
- Supervise and guide Marketing/ Sales staff in their day to day work.
- Look after sales volume, coverage, products mix in assigned zone.
- Analyze the market in order to work out annual sales forecast and monthly marketing activities plan in assigned zone together with his/ her Senior Marketing Executive/ Regional Marketing Manager.
- Monitor trade/ consumer promotions execution of sales team and agents. Keep track on promotion progress in order to react fast to any change of the market.
- Monitor and ensure appropriate merchandising and good branding of company's products in the market in coordination with brand team.
Requirement:
- Male, age from 25-35
- Bachelor in Marketing or related faculty
- 3 - 5 years experience in supervisory position
- Good command in English and Khmer
- Hard working, dynamic and team-work
- Good communication & negotiation skills
